Coming up next on the Jordan Harbinger Show. It turns out that it's not just'cause you're sitting for a long time. Many Americans sit on their couch for eight hours at a time and they have done these studies and it's the pressure change. They had people sit in a non pressurized environment and then they took them into a An environment that mimicked a plane. And
the dramatically higher risk of activation of blood clotting if you're in this pressurized lower pressure environment. There is one thing you can do, and that's primarily on long haul flights. And let's fly on a seven eight seven. Along with A three fifties, these are the only two major commercial jets. That have better cabin pressure.
Because of their composite structure They pressurize the plane to about six thousand feet relative altitude, whereas almost every other commercial jet is pressurized to eight thousand feet relative. So that means you have a lot more cabin pressure. Which means less flight inflammation as well as more humidity and other things, so you're not losing as much water, you're not as dehydrated. So flying on a seven eight seven or an eight three fifty can help.
