1:58 does not give you success and I will Die on that hill. Like I just do not believe that to my core. I just know that we are so basically brainwashed into thinking and believing that that is what will give us success. And that's when when you look at success rates then Well you see that only like one to three percent of people succeed. And I'm not saying that

2:24 You it doesn't require work. But like hard work and hustle or like aligned action are two very, very different things. And like I'm sure we're gonna dive more into that, but like Hard work does not equal success'cause otherwise Millions of people.

2:39 would be wealthy. All over the world. It's a great start to the episode because I will say that I grinded my face off for the first thirty-see years of my life. Like I went to college on an army scholarship, was in the army as an officer, went to law school, corporate finance, commercial real estate, chasing success, but I never found it. I was working hard. But For me, Sarah was actually a quote by Albert Einstein, which is try not to become a person of success. but rather a person of value. And that's when I was like, oh what am I doing of value in this world? And the answer was really not much.

3:13 So that's why I always tell people like what can you do that Number one, like you love doing, but also that's providing real massive value to this world. Hopefully, by the way, in a growing industry, because that's definitely gonna help. And for me, luckily, podcasting was a growing industry. AI now is a growing industry. I mean, there's a lot of opportunities because at the end of the day, 90 for 95% of business is magic. And I wanna talk about success before thirty because Sarah, you've reached the top of not one, not two, not even three, but four different industries before thirty. What habits and mindsets made that possible? Oh my gosh, I actually want to give you like a real life example with all these mindsets just so like your listeners can really comprehend of what that means. Can I say that F word here? Go for it.

3:59 Amazing because The mentality I always use is logic. And it's such a good mantra because Everybody, like 99% of people follow the logical path, right? And with this

4:13 logic mentality, I go completely the opposite way. To give you an example. I was absolutely not trained as a chef. I was in college studying food science and nutrition. But I had a desire to become one.

4:26 So I just Screw like screw the world, screw the rules. I'm just going to apply for an academy, pay, show up. And then do my best. And guess what happened? I became a chef with absolutely no experience. And not only that, I started working on yachts.

4:41 So number one logic don't think how it is not your job your job is to know what you desire Second thing long term thinking versus short term. Okay. Especially in this world of like instant gratification.

4:58 long term vision as soon as I got on that Mind you, mini tiny sailboat. I'm already thinking. People are coming here from all over the world and They have so much money, mind you, it costs like two thousand per person, but that to me was, you know, unimaginable sum of money. And I'm just like, you know what?

5:16 These PO are doors. that I could maybe go through and build something bigger and it's not just scrubbing dishes in the kitchen and cooking for drunk people. So I immediately started thinking long term where other people were like, oh, this is a fun free summer. And the third mindset is opportunity is. Everywhere. To paint the picture, I am

5:36 Like Ankles deep in water'cause the sailboat is leaking, scrubbing pots and sweating. And I'm thinking opportunity is everywhere, right? Like just to showcase to your listeners that I wasn't on a bougie yacht, just walked on fancy chef like no, it's camping on water with drunk people like sleeping on the table next to me. Like that's that's the vision that I'm painting. But Mindset opportunity is everywhere. is what got me to get paid more.

6:05 To serve Simpler food, but presented more fancy to other boats next door, which meant that I got paid more next year, got requested. And captains loved me. Which made me up level and in three years where people were still getting drunk on the boats. I managed a super yacht.

6:23 Add twenty three. So it's just like a Scan for opportunity and you will see opportunity. type of mindset. Fire Nation, a lot of people would look at Sarah's story and they'd be like, You know what? She was just lucky. Like she was in the right place at the right time. She was just lucky. But guess what?

6:38 Luck? Is where effort meets opportunity and Sarah was putting in the flipping effort. Opportunities came, she jumped on them and she kept up leveling herself. So the biggest business lie, Sarah, what would you say? Is the biggest business lie that Keeps CEOs stuck even

6:57 When they're making Plenty of money. Staying busy. and focusing on strategy, which I think kind of go hand in hand when you really deep dive into it. And

7:09 I know why. Right? Because it's safe. Because everybody is telling you that again, like we said before, hard work, right? You gotta hustle, you it's hard, you have to maintain it, that narrative.

7:22 So you are busy. Because that gives you worth. And meaning that like you did something for your business. And when you're like okay, I'm earning fifty K cash now, but I wanna earn a hundred K, you focus on strategy because you're like, I'm gonna fix the funnel, I gotta fix the website, I gotta hire a marketing expert, I gotta get a team, whatever the BS

7:44 of like the physical reality is. But I'll tell you this. You are leaving the other Ninety five percent on the table. And why this works in some cases. is because you hustle for so long and you focus on strategy for so long that you upgrade your belief.

8:03 and your identity through that. And that's When it happens. But most people Like that's when the jump would happen. That's when the like money floodgate happens, but it's not sustainable.

8:16 That's why you will have this massive launch or you know the podcast is gonna catapult, but then you won't be able to maintain it or recreate it. for another five years of hustle until your identity upgrades again. And there's a way simpler and easier way to do that. not with hustle and like focusing on this like BS little tweaks that don't really do much. So let's move on to the ninety five percent magic because you've mentioned it before. I just mentioned it again. I want to dive deep into something called ninety five percent magic. What is it?

8:52 And can anyone learn how to access this magic? Absolutely, and this is my favorite thing. since I learned about it and I was thirteen so I've been doing it now for what seventeen years. tapping into that, which is proof. That it is not luck.

9:08 and that everybody can do it. And I wanna prove it to your listeners right now. So if you're listening and you have two hands available and you're not driving, I want you to put two hands together, like I don't know, an inch five centimeters apart, I don't know inches, my bad, but put them together. And then rotate your hands, make kind of like across and close your eyes. And then just focus on the area between your hands and kind of move them closer and further apart without touching. When you do that and focus, you will feel this Tingling sensation between your hands.

9:40 which proves that you are made out of energy. Okay? The reason I am Telling you that first is because Ninety five percent is magic. won't work if you don't believe. It is always there.

9:55 but you are basically using it unconsciously. So to give you an example. Your brain. Create your reality every single day. of your life. So wherever you are right now, where I am right now.

10:09 I created it. Which means that I have to expect accept like responsibility for everything that's in my life right now. Which is a hard pill to swallow for most people. 'Cause they believe that life, you know, is happening. to them.

10:24 Not that they're creating it. So every like client that didn't pay on time, every lawsuit that is coming your way. All of that was a co creation. So what 95% magic is is unlocking your brain and understanding how to create what it is that you want, which goes

10:43 Way beyond. social media and I'm gonna tweak this and do a website and all of that. And to give you a very simple, simple instruction of how to do that. Is You have to understand and know what do you want. Not the how.

11:00 This is where people get stuck. How is strategy? That's five percent. What it is that you want and desire. is where magic happens.

11:09 So when I say you desire something, this is very important. If I tell you right now, John, that you're going to be an astronaut, you're probably gonna shrug your shoulders and you're gonna be like, well, I don't care about being an astronaut, right? Right. But if I tell you that you will have the biggest podcast in the world. then your soul's gonna light on fire because you'll be like, Oh, I desire correct. Yes. Okay. So that is the point. You have to understand what it is that you desire. And when we get to that

11:39 All you have to do is accepted that it's yours because guess what? You wouldn't be able to desire it if it's not meant for you. So this is the first Step. And

And here's the thing that is important that captures your knowledge. not your time, right? So you're not going to be doing the exhausting.

Another such a juicy question that I'm sure is going to Light of fire under some people and some get people like get angry, but like that's a good thing. I need you activated when I say this. So If you think your money comes from like the bank account or from, you know, a check or a credit card or your partner, all these things, that is not where the money comes from.

17:53 As I said before, you are energy, this table is energy, the car you're sitting in is energy, money is energy. So money comes from the bigger, grander source, whatever you want to call it, universe, quantum, God, like I don't care what you call it. It's in the unseen. That's where the money comes from. So where you currently are in business. That means That

18:17 Whatever your belief is about how much money you can hold. That's how much money you will have. When you upgrade through your desire, through what we talked about, like tapping into what it is that you desire, when you upgrade. of the identity that you're thinking from. you are going to change your frequency and capacity.

18:38 And open the doors. because your brain is now scanning for those doors, not for the doors of how do I get 10K or how do I get like a little hundred dollars here and there. It's going to scan for big massive opportunities and because you raise that frequency, money is going to come from an inheritance. Money is going to come from a random wire. Money is going to come from a client. Money is going to come from a podcast interview that's going to pop up or a company that's going to find you. And that's the beauty of it to understand that clients Bank accounts, partners.

19:13 Instagram funnels, those are channels. But the source. is actually in the unseen. That you are not tapping into. Man, I love that. And I actually loved how you started. I need you activated. I mean Fire Nation, the reality is this. Love me or hate me?

19:28 Because there's no money in the middle. Like I'm not trying for that middle. I want you to love me. Or if you hate me, that's fine too. Because again I'm looking for those people that resonate, that connect, that love me because that's where the money is. There's no money in the middle. So if you're activated, Not a bad thing. In fact, it's probably a good thing when you activate people that are consuming your content. Let's talk about freedom as a compass because you've described freedom as your guiding principle. What does freedom mean to you, Sarah? And Why has it always been your North Star? I had a rude awakening early in my life, but it was still very rude because I started working at 13.

20:04 So that's very highly illegal in Slovenia, but you know, made my way. Logic went and got a job at 13. So very early on I understood that having money and making lots of money doesn't mean Freedom. Which a lot of people do believe once I'm wealthy, once I I can do anything.

20:24 But what Freedom actually is. to me and to everybody else that fully awakens is financial freedom, location freedom, and time freedom. Because money and hustle does not give you the life that you want. Money will fix ninety nine point nine percent of your problems, yes. and then add that you can work from anywhere.

20:42 And at any time. That's where life gets really, really juicy, really, really exciting. And like you're literally standing outside and just looking out. Like what like how good does it actually get in just keeps going. So that's why this has been the leading compass in my life. I love that.
